Orders Preparation

  • Our high-quality QC testing is as follows

 

Gate opening systems

  • All the components that make up a gate automation system are thoroughly tested by a qualified technician prior to dispatching; the motor(s) are tested, the control panels are tested, and the remote is programmed into the system to make sure that the installer has a trouble-free, easy installation by following the installation directions supplied with the products.

 

Intercom Systems:

  • Every intercom system ordered goes through thorough testing by wiring up all the components that make up the system; the system will then be set up and configured, making the system ready for the installer to install the system easily.

 

Access controls and accessories for gate openers and intercoms

  • All the access controls and accessories are pre-tested before dispatching

 

Clearance Stock

  • All items on clearance are pre-tested before dispatching.

 

Accepted Returns based on the following

  • If the products are dead on arrival.
  • If the products arrived are not as advertised.
  • If the product is returned within 14 days of the purchase and HAS NOT BEEN installed, a minimum of 10% re-testing / stocking fee is applicable.
  • Any product to be returned must have the approval of The Wholesale Gate Openers(WGO) prior to returning, and an RR number must be obtained.
  • The RR number will be valid for ten days, and the item must be returned within these ten days.
  • Any returned product must be as supplied in its original new condition and with the original packaging and documentation.
  • A refund will be the product's original price minus any re-testing/stocking fee and the original freight charge (for example, the original price minus the restocking fee and the original freight charge).

 

Non Acceptable product return

  • We recommend that customers choose carefully before buying as no returns are permitted where the buyer is simply unhappy with their purchase or has changed their mind.

 

Advertising Errors

  • We make every attempt to list accurate and current products, prices, and all other information, but there may be an occasional error. We cannot be held liable for such errors. We reserve the right to refuse to honour an order based upon any misunderstanding arising from such typographical errors.

 

Prices Changes

  • We make every effort to list accurate and current prices at all times. However, you should note that prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change any prices without notice. 

 

 

Goods and Services Tax

  • All prices advertised on the website or in our store are inclusive of GST.

 

Full Warranty Items

  • All products supplied (except for clearance stock) carry a 12-month warranty.

 

Limited warranty Items

  • Due to user misuse and handling, a limited warranty is offered on all remote controls.
  • Depending on the actual listing, a clearance stock may be supplied without warranty but is thoroughly tested by a QC technician before dispatching and is sold as is and without warranty.
  • Batteries warranty is covered by the manufacturer/supplier of the batteries.

 

Warranty repairs

  • A warranty claim is only recognized if approved by our technical officer
  • Any products returned for warranty must be accompanied by an RW number and a claim form. The service department of Wholesale Gate Openers (WGO) will issue this RW number and the warranty form.
  • An experienced and professional technician from our Moorabbin warehouse carries out all warranty repairs.
  • The return freight to us for warranty returned products is paid by the customer.
  • The freight for returning the repaired item is paid by the Wholesale Gate Openers (WGO), except if the product is not found to be faulty, the customer must pay the return freight.

 

Telephone Support

  • Wholesale Gate Openers (WGO) offers free telephone technical advice Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30 PM.

 

Delivery and Freight

  • Deliveries are made Australia-wide by Australia Post or any nominated courier by us or by the customer's nominated courier.
  • Australia Post eParcel or the couriers will deliver to the address specified as your "Shipping Address" on your order. In the case that Australia Post eParcel or the couriers arrive at your office or residence and no one is available to take delivery of your package(s), Australia Post eParcel or the couriers will leave a card with instructions for how to organize a pickup from a post office or a courier depot.
  • We try to deliver your package(s) within the estimated delivery window, but we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
  • Upon delivery, the product title and all risk of loss is your responsibility, please immediately check your delivered product condition and contents. No claim will be recognized after seven days of the delivery for missing items or damaged items.

 

Estimated delivery time for your product(s)

  • Your order will be dispatched promptly within 24 hours of clearing the order payment, please allow 1-4 business days for most locations within, Victoria, NSW and SA, and up to 10 days for the other remote parts of Australia.
