Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Deliveries are made Australia-wide by Australia Post or any nominated courier by us.

Australia Post eParcel or the couriers will deliver to the address specified as your "Shipping Address" on your order. In the case that Australia Post eParcel or the couriers arrive at your office or residence and no one is available to take delivery of your package(s), Australia Post eParcel or the couriers will leave a card with instructions for how to organize a pick up from a post office or a courier depot.

REQUEST FREIGHT QUOTE(2)

(1) Freight items (gates, hardware longer than 2m, Boom Barriers, etc.), PO Box and Parcel Locker deliveries are not included in the free shipping offer.

(2) Large item orders need to request a freight quote. We will update your online quote within one business day with the freight delivery cost. The updated quote can be viewed through your online account, in the “my orders” section.

(3) According to order weight, size and delivery address zones, the “Shipping Cost” might be slightly different.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We try to deliver your package(s) within the estimated delivery time-window, but we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

Shipment to PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses

wholesalegateopeners.com.au ships to addresses within the Australia, Australia Territories, and PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses.

(Freight items, PO Box and Parcel Locker deliveries are not included in the free shipping offer.)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

awholesalegateopeners.com.au will work with the shipping carrier to organise replacement/insurance compensation for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order is damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Upon delivery, the product and all risk of loss is your responsibility, please immediately check your delivered product condition and contents. No claim will be recognised after seven days of the delivery for missing items or damaged items.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the day you received it to return an item.

Accepted Returns based on the following

If the products are dead on arrival.

If the products arrived are not as advertised.

If the product is returned within 14 days of the purchase and HAS NOT BEEN installed, a minimum of 10% re-testing / stocking fee is applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Any returned product must be as supplied in its original new condition and with the original packaging and documentation.

Any product to be returned must have the approval of the Wholesale Gate Openers(WGO) prior to returning, and an RR number must be obtained.

The RR number will be valid for ten days, and the item must be returned within this 10-day period.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Non Acceptable product return

We recommend that customers choose carefully before buying as no returns are permitted where the buyer is simply unhappy with their purchase or has changed their mind.

Refunds

A refund amount will be the original price of the product minus the re-testing/stocking fee and the shipping/freight cost (for example, the Original price minus the re-testing/stocking fee and the original shipping/freight charges/freight charge subsidy. Items delivered under a free shipping offer will have a deduction of the actual shipping cost by Wholesale Gate Openers(WGO).)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you in the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.

Depending on your bank's policies, you will receive the credit within a few days.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
